The Best Wellness Retreat Hotels in Aix-en-provence

In Aix-en-provence, the quality of light falling on the limestone façades of the Quartier Mazarin suggests a different pace. Here, the pursuit of wellbeing is not a structured activity but the byproduct of an environment; it is found in the slow turn of the day and an appreciation for honest materials. This sensibility is given form in spaces that prioritise quietude and connection to the landscape. It is the provision of a private garden for reading, a window framed to capture the morning sun, or a room with little more than a simple linen bed.
