The Best Seaview Terrace Hotels in Genova

The day in Genova often finds its conclusion from a specific elevation. Above the city’s dense residential blocks, a terrace provides a view over the Ligurian coast. The pastel stucco of Boccadasse’s waterfront buildings catches the late sun as container ships mark the horizon. The sensibility is one of quiet observation—a place set apart to register the maritime rhythms and sounds of the port below. It is the simple provision of a chair, a table, and an uninterrupted line of sight to the water, a private view of a city’s public life.
