The Best Wellness Retreat Hotels in Lugano

The light in Lugano has a particular quality, reflecting off the lake and onto the pale stucco walls of the palazzi along its shore. Near the gardens of Parco Ciani, this character of light informs a specific approach to hospitality. It is one defined by clarity and intention: rooms oriented for the morning sun, access to quiet thermal circuits, and menus that follow the seasonal shifts of Ticino. Here, the material palette is considered, where the feel of a cool stone floor or the grain of walnut furniture contributes to an atmosphere of focused quiet.
