The Best Sustainable Stay Hotels in Marbella

In Marbella, a different consideration for hospitality is taking root. Away from the spectacle of Puerto Banús, in the quieter streets bordering the Old Town, a new sensibility is apparent. It’s found in hotels that look inward, focusing on long-term custodianship over fleeting gestures. This means sourcing produce from regional growers for the kitchen, installing systems to conserve water, and choosing materials with local provenance. The feel is one of substance: cool terracotta tiles underfoot, rooms free of single-use plastic, and an operational quietness that respects its immediate Southern Spanish surroundings.
