The Best Hidden Courtyard Hotels in Mykonos

Beyond the waterfront bars of Little Venice, the experience of Mykonos can be found in its smaller, quieter enclosures. These are the courtyards, set behind plain doors along narrow footpaths. Here, the world is reduced to a set of simple components: the sharp shadow of a pergola on a white stucco wall, the scent of geraniums from a weathered terracotta pot, the ambient hum of the town kept at a comfortable distance. This sensibility is not about isolation, but about a deliberate composition of light, privacy, and architectural quiet.
