The Best Rooftop Pool Hotels in Crans-montana

The plateau geography of Crans-Montana lends itself to a higher perspective, looking south across the Rhône Valley. On a rooftop, the day’s movement on the pistes or along Rue du Prado gives way to a quiet observation. Steam rises from the water’s surface into the crisp air, the clean sightline often edged by decks of warm oak or stone. It is a viewing platform for the alpine light, where the mountain silhouette becomes the sole point of focus as the sun recedes behind the distant peaks.
