The Best Adults Only Hotels in Florence

In Florence, the day often begins with the sound of bells and the movement of the city waking up. Near the grand facade of Santa Maria Novella, an alternative kind of stay is offered. These are spaces defined not by what they exclude, but by the quiet they permit. The morning light falls across cool travertine floors without interruption. Conversations over coffee are unhurried, breakfast is a slow affair. It is an approach that values composition over activity—a quiet corner for observation, with the city just outside the door, ready when you are.
